摘要
Abstract
In order to solve a serial problems in village animal epidemic prevention teams in Jinan City,such as aged personnel,heavy duties,low incomes and loose management,a reform trial was made in Changqing District of Jinan City. The reform was mainly related to increasing personnel,fining of duties,modification of management model, increasing of the incomes,and at the same time,suggestions were put forward,including strengthening leadership, preparation of proper schemes,establishment of assurance and training systems.关键词
