Establishment of PCR and Real-time PCR Assays for Rapid Detection of Myxoma virus
摘要
Abstract
Myxomatosis is an highly contagious and lethal disease caused by myxoma virus. In order to survey and investigate the epidemic character of myxomatosis transmission among wild and experimental rabbits,PCR and Real-time PCR assays using TaqMan probe to detect myxomatosis were established and proved to be of high specificity and sensitivity,suitable for rapid detection of myxomatosis.关键词
