Abstract
Based on a water-injection meat incident exposed by CCTV,the loopholes in quarantine supervision and management of pig slaughtering in Xinghua city were analyzed,such as regional protectionism,uncontrolled supervi-sion,absence of management and so on. Combined with the current functional re-adjustment of pig slaughtering and under the new situation,corresponding measures were proposed to strengthen the quarantine and the management of pig slaughtering.关键词
