摘要
Abstract
Developing green mining industry and building green mine is a pressing demand that must be met if the ecological progress of China is to be promoted comprehensively; it is a choice that must be made if we are to build demonstration area for ecological progress; it is an realistic approach that must be taken if we are to accelerate the change of mining development mode; and it is also an important means of implementing enterprise's responsibility and reinforcing the industry self-disciplined. Nevertheless, there're lots of questions in current stage of green mine construction, such as the illegal exploration in some extent, rude management of mining resource exploration, the low level of comprehensive utilization and equipment technology, the long way to go for energy saving and emission reduction, harsh work for ecological environment protection, terrible condition of land rehabilitation, pessimistic relationship between mining corporation and local community, negative impact of harsh mining policies. On account of this, this paper proposes that in order to promote green mine construction, we should strengthen the supervision of mining exploration, introduce related supporting policies and manners, normalize the management of green mine construction, improve the comprehensive level of utilization, make innovation of selecting technology, promote the energy saving and emission reduction, establish the long-term mechanism of environmental protection, and build harmony relationship between mining corporation and local community.关键词
