Abstract
Chinese coal enterprises have made some progress in comprehensive utilization, for example, the emergence of several advanced and applicable technologies; we have reduced environmental pollution and improve environmental beneifts; we have speeded up mining recovery rate, revitalized a large number of coal resources and its associated resources; we have promoted the harmonious development of mining and achieved social beneifts signiifcantly. But there're still some problems: for example the technology research level is low, the foundation is weak, the development of relevant laws and regulations is lagging behind, standards construction is incomplete, the enterprises has its own constraints. In order to deal with the problems, we promote several suggestions based on typical business case analysis. Firstly, China should establish a resource-saving and comprehensive utilization long-term mechanism, and establish advanced technology repository of comprehensive utilization skills, strengthen the research of comprehensive utilization technology, expand the financing channels multifaceted. Secondly, China should guide coal enterprises to make full use of price mechanism to deal with their own problems, for the rational allocation of resources, thus promoting the healthy and orderly development of comprehensive utilization of coal resources industry.关键词
