Abstract
As the social market economy grows rapidly, it's urgent to strengthen the construction of ifnance and accounting team in geological exploration department. The main problems that geological exploration department faces in promoting the construction of ifnancial staff include the following: the low level of ideological understanding and professional skill, unreasonable personnel structure, missing of follow-up education and etc. In order to strengthen the construction of ifnance and accounting team in geological exploration department, we should do the works following up. Firstly, the leaders should pay attention to construction of ifnance and accounting team. This means that they should optimize the personnel structure and enlarge the team, enhance efforts to grasp the continuing education and training, and set up performance appraisal mechanism so as to carry out the job in-turn mechanism.关键词
