变速箱结构柔性对动态特性的影响分析
Analysis of Influences of Gearbox Flexibility on Dynamic Characteristics
摘要
Abstract
To analyse the influences of gearbox flexibility on the dynamic characteristics,based on the theory of multi body dynamics,a transmission dynamic analysis model was built.After considerG ing the flexibility deformation of the housing,gears and other parts,the influences of transmission system deformation on dynamic performance were analyzed by calculating mesh misalignment,contact stress,transmission errors,displacement and other relative parameters.In view of the weak parts in the transmission structure,the improvement measures were proposed.关键词
