高寒地区北五味子育苗技术研究

Abstract
Schisandra chinensis is a traditional Chinese medicine , with enormous economic and medicinal value . Therefore ,the study on culture techniques of seedling of Schisandra chinensis has great significance ,then we can improve the production capacity and protect the excellent germplasm resources .In this paper ,the wild ripe fruits of Schisandra chinensis in Daxing ,anling alpine region were used as materials ,through conventional breeding culture techniques of seedling were studied .The seeding propagation and cutting propagation methods were used in conven‐tional breeding ,the results show that the highest seed germination rate is 95% which happened in protection seed‐ling nursery ,both garden land types and sowing methods have significantly impact on germination rate and seedling growth;ABT can effectively promote hardwood cuttings of Schisandra chinensis to take root ,the rootage rate of hardwood cuttings can be raised to 89% covered by plastic film .关键词
