基质交感分子1和骨保护素对急性冠脉综合征合并2型糖尿病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后支架内再狭窄的影响研究
Influence of STIM1 and OPG on In-stent Restenosis in Patients With AGS Gomplicated With T2DM After PGI

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of stromal interaction molecule 1 ( STIM1 ) and osteoprotegerin ( OPG) on in-stent restenosis ( ISR) in patients with acute coronary syndrome ( ACS) complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) after percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI) .Methods We enrolled 100 patients with ACS complicated with T2DM who were admitted into the Department of Cardiology of the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University from October 2012 to October 2013.PCI was undertaken successfully on all the subjects .Eight months after surgery , coronary arteriography was conducted again.According to whether ISR occurred , we divided the subjects into two groups: ISR group ( n=35) and control group (n=65) .General data of the 100 subjects were recorded, including gender, age, hypertension and smoking; before PCI, we tested hs-CRP, blood lipid and blood glucose; after PCI, we determined STIM1 and OPG levels.Results The two groups were not significantly different (P>0.05) in age, gender, smoking rate, prevalence of hypertension.The two groups were not significantly different ( P >0.05 ) in TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and FPG; the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05) in the levels of hs-CRP, STIM1 and OPG.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that hs-CRP, STIM1 and OPG had significant influence on ISR in subjects after PCI ( P<0.05 ) .Gonclusion STIM1 and OPG are risk factors for patients with ACS complicated with T 2DM after PCI.关键词
