Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of training on comprehensive disease prevention and treatment among community public health workers and find out its influencing factors .Methods We enrolled 176 epidemic prevention workers who participated in the training on comprehensive disease prevention and treatment in Yinzhou District of Ningbo in 2014.After the exclusion of 9 epidemic prevention workers who didn′t return their questionnaires , we finally included 167 health workers as our subjects.In December 2014, we arranged a three -day training on comprehensive disease prevention and treatment for the subjects.Before and after training , investigations were undertaken with the subjects using self -designed questionnaires , the content of which included general data and the knowledge and skills of comprehensive disease prevention and treatment .After training, the satisfaction evaluation of the subjects with training was collected by questionnaires .Results After training, the total score and the score of each item were significantly different from that before training ( P <0.05 ); after training , the awareness rate of each item of the knowledge and skill of comprehensive disease prevention and treatment were also significantly different from that before training ( P <0.05 ) .The satisfaction rate of the subjects with general training effect was 98.8%(165/167) .The subjects of different genders and different satisfaction degrees with time arrangement were significantly different in training effect (P<0.05), and the multiple linear regression analysis showed that the satisfaction degree of time arrangement had significant influence on training effect ( P <0.05 ) .Gonclusion The training on comprehensive disease prevention and treatment can improve epidemic prevention workers′awareness rate of core knowledge and the ability of comprehensive disease prevention and treatment .The training effect is good , and the satisfaction degree is high .The satisfaction rate of time arrangement is the influencing factor for training effect .关键词
