缺血性脑卒中抗血小板治疗的研究进展
Research Progress on Anti -platelet Therapy for Ischemic Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Stroke is a disease that featured high morbidity , high mortality and high disability rate .The treatment of stroke faces with a grim situation world wide .Anti-platelet aggregation therapy is effective in the prevention of the occurrence and relapse of ischemic stroke .At present, there are already multiple researches about the diversity of anti -platelet drugs.This study made a review of mechanism and characteristics of anti -platelet aggregation drugs and new -type anti-platelet drugs , in order to improve clinical doctors′knowledge about various anti -platelet aggregation drugs and help them make wise choices of anti-platelet aggregation drugs in the treatment of ischemic stroke .关键词
