摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical experience of anatomical adrenalectomy under retroperitoneoscopy in the treatment of adrenal area tumor.Methods:15 patients with anatomical adrenalectomy under retroperitoneoscopy were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:15 cases were successful operation.There was no conversion to open operation, no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:The anatomical adrenalectomy under retroperitoneoscopy in the treatment of adrenal area tumor has many advantages,such as less trauma,less bleeding,less complications,less pain,quick recovery,greatly shortened hospitalization time.It is the easiest choice of operation method for adrenal area tumor.关键词
