Clinical study on open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of patients with tibial plateau fracture

Abstract
Objective:To discuss and analyze the clinical efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of patients with tibial plateau fracture.Methods:52 patients with tibial plateau fracture were selected.All patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation treatment.We observed and evaluated the therapeutic effect.Results:Rasmussen clinical score results showed that 37 cases were excellent,good in 11 cases,fair in 3 cases,poor in 1 case,and the excellent and good rate was 92.31%.Rasmussen radiation score showed that 35 cases were excellent,good in 14 cases,fair in 2 cases,poor in 1 case,and the excellent and good rate was 94.23% .Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation was effective in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.The excellent and good rate of Rasmussen clinical and radiological score results were high.关键词
