复方樟柳碱联合地塞米松离子导入治疗眼外肌麻痹的疗效观察OA
Observation of curative effect of compound anisodine combined with dexamethasone by iontophoresis in the treatment of patients with ophthalmoplegia
目的：探讨复方樟柳碱联合地塞米松离子导入治疗眼外肌麻痹的疗效。方法：收治眼外肌麻痹患者72例(眼)，将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行活血化瘀治疗，观察组进行复方樟柳碱行颞浅动脉旁注射联合地塞米松离子导入治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：观察组有效率94.4%明显高于对照组的77.7%(P＜0.05)。结论：在眼外肌麻痹的治疗中应用复方樟柳碱联合地塞米松离子导入治疗能够取得良好的治疗效果，且无不良反应和并发症。
