Clinical efficacy of tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:80 patients with vitiligo were selected.Children less than 12 years old were given 0.03% tacrolimus ointment,while the adults were given 0.1% tacrolimus ointment,and besmear medicine 2 times per day,applicator interval at least 8 hours,and continuous treatment for 3 months.Results:After the treatment,there 36 cases were cured,26 cases had markedly effective,11 cases effective,and 7 cases ineffective,the total efficiency was 91.25%.Conclusion:Tacrolimus ointment has significantly curative effect on the treatment of vitiligo.关键词
