美托洛尔和参麦注射液联合治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察OA
Curative effect observation of metoprolol and Shen Mai injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure
目的：探讨美托洛尔和参麦注射液联合治疗慢性心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法：收治慢性心力衰竭患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗及美托洛尔，观察组在对照组的基础上给予参麦注射液。观察两组患者治疗前后左室射血分数和6 min步行距离情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者的左室射血分数和6 min步行试验测定结果比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组总有效率93.3%明显高于对照组的70.0%(P＜0.05)。结论：美托洛尔和参麦注射液联合治…查看全部>>
