血必净注射液治疗重症急性胰腺炎20例临床分析OA
Clinical analysis of 20 cases of Xue Bi Jing injection in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis
目的：探讨重症急性胰腺炎采取血必净注射液治疗的临床应用价值。方法：收治重症急性胰腺炎患者40例，随机分为研究组、对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，研究组在此基础之上给予血必净注射液治疗，比较其临床治疗效果。结果：研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；研究组各观察指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：重症急性胰腺炎采取血必净注射液治疗，可以使患者相关症状得到显著好…查看全部>>
