The experience of diagnosis and treatment of patients with intestinal tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of patients with intestinal tuberculosis.Methods:68 patients with intestinal tuberculosis were selected.We summarized the diagnosis and treatment of them.Results:The main clinical manifestations of intestinal tuberculosis changes in bowel habits,abdominal mass,fever and abdominal pain.The diagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis should combined biopsy,colonoscopy,X-ray and other inspection methods.44 cases were cured by non operation method in 68 patients,the other 24 patients took operation treatment due to intestinal fistula,abdominal mass and intestinal perforation,intestinal obstruction and other complications,all the patients were cured.Conclusion:The main method for the diagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis are colonoscopy,barium enema and barium meal,the choice of treatment according to the specific circumstances of patients,if patients with complications can be treated by operation.关键词
