Characteristics of cerebrovascular imaging of ischemic stroke and the relationship with stroke progression
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the characteristics of cerebrovascular imaging of ischemic stroke and the relationship between ischemic stroke and progressive stroke.Methods:166 patients with ischemic stroke were selected.Patients with the deterioration of nerve function were divided into the progressive stroke group.Patients without the deterioration of nerve function were divided into the non progressive stroke group.We compared cerebral vascular image data of the two groups.Results:There were obvious differences in basilar artery stenosis,cerebral artery stenosis and multiple artery stenosis of the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Basilar artery stenosis,cerebral artery stenosis and multiple arterial stenosis were key reasons for leading to the deterioration of nerve function in patients with ischemic stroke,which can be used as prediction standard for progressive stroke.关键词
