床旁颅脑超声在早产儿脑室周围-脑室内出血诊断中的应用OA
Application of bedside ultrasound in diagnosis of periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhage in premature infants
目的：探讨早产儿脑室周围-脑室内出血(PVH-IVH)发生的影响因素，以及床旁颅脑超声检查对早产儿PVH-IVH 的诊断价值。方法：用床旁颅脑超声对137例早产儿进行检查，将胎龄、出生体重、Apgar 评分等因素与PVH-IVH发生率进行相关对比分析。结果：早产儿PVH-IVH的发生率62.7%。胎龄＜32周、出生体重＜1500 g的患儿PVH-IVH发生率明显增高。结论：低胎龄、低出生体重早产儿PVH-IVH发生率较高，应进行常规筛查。床旁超声…查看全部>>
