老年人反流性食管炎62例内镜分级及临床分析
Endoscopic grading and clinical analysis of 62 cases of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the inner grading characteristics of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods:62 patients with reflux esophagitis were selected as observation group,and 62 non elderly patients were selected as control group,then we compared the clinical features and endoscopic features of the patients.Results:The pharyngeal discomfort,abdominal discomfort, dysphagia,retrosternal pain,heartburn,acid reflux incidence of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of C and D in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of esophageal hiatal hernia,atrophic gastritis,gastric ulcer of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly reflux esophagitis patients were with atypical clinical symptoms.Most patients presented for severe esophagitis,and the occur rate is higher in older age groups.关键词
