男性尿道炎860例患者病原体检测结果分析
Pathogen detection results analysis of 860 cases of male urethritis patients

Abstract
Objective:To understand the pathogen distribution of male urethritis infection in Fuding area.Methods:860 patients with suspected urinary tract infection were selected.We collected the urethral secretions and did mycoplasma culture,chlamydia detection.Results:Gonorrhea group was positive in 43 cases(5% ),chlamydia positive in 129 cases(15% ),0 cases of both mycoplasma and chlamydia were positive.Non gonococcal urethritis were detected in 230 cases with positive mycoplasma(26.8%), 182 cases were pneumoniae positive(21.2%),40 cases of both chlamydia and mycoplasma were positive(4.6%).Conclusion:The male urethritis mycoplasma infection rate of Fuding area is higher than that of chlamydia,and there are a few mixed infection.关键词
