Abstract
Objective To investigate the occurrence of adverse drug reactions in patients(ADR)characteristics, strengthen the ADR monitoring,promote rational clinical use.Methods Colect Huizhou Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in 2014 by Guangdong Province adverse drug reaction management platform report adverse drug reaction monitoring network of 106 cases of ADR reports,the patient's age, gender,route of administration,drug combined with,organs or systems involved in ADR and clinical manifestations etc,classified statistics and analysis. Results 106 cases of ADR reports,the patient youngest 3 years old,maximum 85 years,of which the majority of patients older than 50,a total of 57 cases,accounting for 53.7%;the main route of ADR occurred in patients with intravenous infusion;involving a total of nine classes of drugs to use the anti-infective products appear ADR most common,folowed by Chinese medicine;the two drugs in combination with the most common,accounting for 51.9%; mainly in the skin and its attachment trauma with a total of 27 cases,25.5%;digestive system,nervous system second; 56 patients were cured after treatment,50 cases improved.Conclusion Because the occurrence of ADR is correlated with multiple factors and there is unpredictability of ADR,the emphasis on ADR,ADR monitoring and reporting of clinical staff should be strengthened in order to reduce the occurrence of ADR and guarantee the medicine safety.关键词
