Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of large dose of Mecobalamin Tablets combined with C Masi Bing in the treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia.Methods From January 2013 to January 2015,100 patients with idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and the observation group was 50 cases.The control group was treated with carbamazepine and clinical observation of patients in the control group based on the use of mecobalamin tablets,compared two groups of patients and visual analogue score(VAS)scores and adverse reactions of total occurred rate.Results Study of groups of patients with clinical total effective rate was 92.0%,significantly higher than that of 70.0% in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);after treatment was observed in the group of patients with VAS score,adverse reaction total incidence were significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high dose Mecobalamin tablets and carbamazepine were used together,can improve on idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia treatment effect,effectively aleviate the pain, reduce the incidence of adverse reaction,safe and reliable.关键词
