摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric respiratory diseases.Methods Selection of maternal and Child Health Hospital of Anyang City in 2014 January to August were respiratory system diseases in children in 60 cases as the research object,the random number table, they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each,children were given conventional treatment,control group was treated with bromhexine hydrochloride injection in the treatment,the treatment group children were given treatment of ambroxol hydrochloride injection.To compare the treatment effect of two groups of children.Results Children in the treatment group the total efficiency was 96.7%,control group with total effective rate was 80.0%,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was treated with the adverse reactions occurrence rate was 6.7%,the control group with the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 10.0%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric respiratory disease,curative effect is distinct,high security.关键词
