摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical eficacy of trimetazidine in patients with chronic heart failure QuMei treatment.Methods 108 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 54 cases in each group.In the control group were treated with conventional therapy and group were given trimetazidine treatment group on the basis of control,were compared between the two groups of curative effect observation.Results In the treatment of patients in the observation group total effective rate was 96.3%,significantly higher than 79.6%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);observed adverse reactions in patients was 11.1%,significantly lower than the control group 22.2%,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of QuMei trimetazidine in treatment of heart failure,clinical effect,less adverse reaction.关键词
