摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of operation treatment of severe acute cholangitis. Methods Colected January 2012 to 2014 August,Xishuangbanna Prefecture of Yunnan Province People's Hospital of 23 cases of severe acute cholangitis in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,given surgery (drainage of bile,biliary obstruction)and non surgical treatment of nutritional support treatment,correct hydropower electrolyte and acid-base imbalance,acetanilide spasmolysis, anti infection and anti shock).Results 23 cases of ACST patients were treated by operation,21 cases were cured,2 cases died. Among them,1 cases died of multiple organ failure,1 cases died of toxic shock,6 cases of postoperative complications,1 cases of multiple organ failure,2 cases of wound infection,3 cases of pulmonary infection.Conclusion ACST patients should be prepared for the diagnosis as soon as possible,and the key to improve the rescue rate is to select the reasonable operation mode and to grasp the operation time.关键词
