摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on hypothermia and shivering in transur- ethral resection of prostate.Methods Selected Guangdong Province,Ruyuan Yao Autonomous County People's Hospital of 180 cases of transurethral resection of the prostate patients,divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,90 cases in each group,the control group were treated with routine nursing,observation group,the patients in the routine care based on treated with heat preservation nursing, postoperative shivering and the change of the temperature of the two groups patients occurrence.Results Two groups of patients before operation temperature difference is no statistical significance(P>0.05),intraoperative and <br> postoperative were observed in body temperature of patients were significantly higher than those in the control group,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);observation group were shivering incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference is statisticaly significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Treated with transurethral resection of prostate in patients with appropriate temperature nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and chils phenomenon and improve the operation of patients with physical comfort.关键词
