Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT thin layer image and multi planar <br> recombinant(MPR)images in the diagnosis of fungal pneumonia.Methods Henan Province Zhengzhou City Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of pulmonary disease of selected to accept the treatment of 50 cases of fungal pneumonia patients,respectively,using lamelar multislice spiral CT image and MPR image method for diagnosis, analysis two kinds of detection methods for various signs of the display and the results of the various fungi infection lesions involving the situation.Results 50 cases were given the two detection methods. Involvement situation of Candida albicans,actinomycetes and aspergilus in infecting lung has no significant difference, it was not statisticaly significant(P>0.05).After the two detection methods to the 50 cases with fungal pneumonia. Results of signs in MPR image was obviously high than Multi-Slice Spiral CT Thin-layer image, the diference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-Slice Spiral CT Thin-layer image and MPR image has significant clinical value in diagnosing fungal pneumonia.And test results of MPR image is more accurate.Combination of the two methods can detect the pathological changes more effective.关键词
