Identification of Amoxicillin Capsules by Infrared Spectrophotometry
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish a spectral method of infrared spectrophotometry for the identification of amoxicillin capsules. Methods:The infrared spetrophotometry ( IR) was adopted with potassium bromide tabletting.Results:The infrared absorption spectrum of the amoxicillin capsules was completely in accordance with that of the reference substance and the standard spectrum of amoxicillin. Conclusion:The method was specified rapid and accurate, which may be used for the identifitation of amoxicillin capsules.关键词
