Abstract
Objective:To investigate treatment method for chronic congestive heart failure with hyponatremia and its clinical therapeutic effect. Method:120 patients with chronic congestive heart failure and hyponatremia from February 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group contained 60 patients. The two groups were treated with conventional strong heart diuresis vasodilator,the observation group at the same time was given hypertonic saline combined with dopamine. To compare clinical efficacy of the two groups. Result:Before treatment,the two groups had no significant difference in urine volume,blood potassium,sodium,blood creatinine. After treatment,urine volume,blood potassium,sodium values of the observation group rose more than that of the control group,and serum creatinine decreased greater. The clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was 98.3%,that of the control group was 91.7%;the adverse reaction incidence of the observation group was 5.1%,and that of the control group was 8.3%. The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but adverse reaction rate was lower,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,application of hypertonic saline combined with dopamine for treatment,can achieve good treatment effect, this therapy is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
