摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze free amino acid formula milk powder clinical intervention in feeding the baby eczema. Method:In our hospital 84 patients,who used milk to feed the baby eczema,clinical data were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group. The observation group took the free amino acid formula powder fed control group taking ordinary formula feeding,feeding intervention comparison of the two groups. Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%of the control group;eosinophils<5%ratio of the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 42.86%of the control group;after the first 12 weeks of feeding,Th1/Th2 ratio of the observation group was significantly higher;skin symptoms,respiratory symptoms,gastrointestinal symptoms,systemic symptoms,such as remission time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group;2 to 12 weeks,the lesions and exposed parts of the scratches accumulated points of the observed group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the recurrence rate of the observed group was 2.38%,which was significantly lower than 14.29%of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Free amino acid formula milk powder infant feeding help alleviate eczema,safety clinical efficacy and improve the clinical symptoms and promote infant growth and development,worthy of promotion.
