衡阳市城乡两地变应性鼻炎流行病学调查
Investigation of Allergic Rhinitis in Both Rural and Urban Areas of Hengyang City
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To survey in Hengyang area of Hunan province,the city and countryside of Allergic Rhinitis(AR) of the epidemic situation. Method:8716 cases(4420 cases in the city,4296 cases who came from the villagers)in Hengyang city were selected by random cluster sampling from January 2009 to July 2014,the method of sending questionnaires and questionnaire survey by interview were used,specialist examination and serum specific IgE detection(sIgE)were used to diagnose in patients with symptoms of AR.Result:The positive rate of serum sIgE was 10.95%(484/4420)in the city and 7.40%(318/4296)in the rural areas;the prevalence rate was 4.80%(212/4420)in the city and 2.61%(112/4296)in the rural areas;the city positive rate of sIgE and the prevalence of AR were both higher than in the rural areas,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of AR in moderate and severe intermittent type accounted for 45.06%(146/324),it was the main type of AR. AR complicated with allergic disease incidence was 24.69%(80/324),complications from high to low in order(the first 4)were:the conjunctivitis,asthma,atopic dermatitis and drug allergy. Conclusion:The incidence of AR is different between urban and rural areas,there is a close relationship between AR and other allergic diseases.People’s understanding and attention to the AR and the whole airway allergic reaction are insufficient,need to increase the education.关键词
