摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the implementation of high quality nursing service before and after the heart of hospitalized patients with satisfaction. Method:300 patients heart hospitalized and discharged in our hospital were selected from two times,January 2011 to June 2011(the implementation of high quality nursing service was not implemented before group) and January 2013 to June 2013(the implementation of high quality nursing service was implemented after group),150 cases in each group,the satisfaction survey was adopted to study design in our patients before and after the implementation of the quality of nursing service satisfaction survey. Result:Before the implementation of high quality nursing service,the patients’satisfaction was 85.33%,after the implementation of the quality of nursing service patients’satisfaction was 96.67%,compared of them the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the quality of nursing service to improve the hospital patients’satisfaction has the exact effect.
