Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of the Omaha system to rehabilitation nursing for patients with stroke thrombolysis in community.Method:95 patients who were treated in thrombolysis treatment in community near by the 3A hospitalwere chosen as objects from March 2012 to May 2014.Patients adopted rehabilitation nursing intervention in the community hospital within one month after discharge from our hospital social health center.Three times family visits were paid to every patient. And then Omaha system was used to evaluate the nursing problems,and outcome evaluations of the patient’s cognitive was made after the implementation of targeted interventions for patients.Result:With the results of family visits to stroke thrombolysis patients, it could be known that,about the cognitive outcome,the difference was not significant between the first and the last home visit in patients’residential(P>0.05),while the differences were relatively significant in other projects(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the rehabilitation nursing intervention is performed in stroke thromboysis patients within one month after the discharge,the Omaha system makes evaluations of patient’s cognition. This method can clearly definite the intervention effect and provide a basis for evaluating the rehabilitation nursing intervention.关键词
