摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of relativity measures about quality control of clinical immunology inspection on the reliability and accuracy of inspection results.Method:300 patients in our department from January 2011 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine method to detect blood samples,the observation group was given quality control measures of clinical immunology inspection from the aspects of laboratory environment,personnel quality,specimens quality,instrument accuracy and data analysis.The clinical effect of the treatment according to the inspection results was compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The specimens quality,instrument accuracy,personnel quality,laboratory environment and data analysis can influence the reliability and accuracy of inspection results,and then influence the treatment effect.关键词
