实时超声弹性成像技术对子宫内膜癌浸润子宫肌层的诊断价值研究
Application Value of Real-time Ultrasonic Elastography in the Diagnosis of Myometrial Invasion in Endometrial Carcinoma

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of real-time ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of myometrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma. Method:80 patients with myometrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma who were treated in our hospital from Febuary 2012 to October 2014 and all received ultrasonic elastography,according to the real-time ultrasonic elastography results,the patients were divided to two groups,shallow myometrial invasion and deep myometrial invasion, the diagnosis and the pathological results were compared and analyzed,and sensitivity and accuracy of ultrasonic diagnosis of myometrial invasion were observed. Result:The differences of ultrasonic results between pathological results were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the sensitivity and accuracy of the ultrasonic diagnosis of shallow myometrial invasion was 61.25%and 93.33%respectively,the sensitivity and accuracy of the deep myometrial invasion was 38.75%and 91.18%respectively. Conclusion:Real-time ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of myometrial invasion in endometrial carcinoma has a favorable accuracy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
