摘要
Abstract
By using literature analysis method and content analysis method,we summarized research at home and abroad on team learning and influencing factors of virtual learning team.We concluded the factors influencing the development of virtual learning teams,including capacity category (leadership ability,cooperation capacity,technical capability,and communication ability),emotion and attitude category (conflict,trust,dependence,and reflection),and knowledge category (precognitive and knowledge construction).These factors affect the development of virtual learning teams.Based on group dynamic theory,the paper analyzes these factors and constructs the dynamic factors map of virtual learning team development to provide theoretical reference for team learning research.关键词
