Application of new media tools in the training and education of medical graduates
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of new media tools in the training and education of medical graduates.Methods Based on our experience in clinical reaching of graduates with the help pf new media tools,the paper discusses the role of modern means of communications such as e-mail, short text message,We-chat,QQ and fetion in the training of medical graduates'professional knowledge and personal qualities.Results The new media tools have various values in imparting medical graduates'clinical professional knowledge,enlightening research ideas,improving comprehensive quality,and relieving mental stress.They can improve teaching efficiency and communication results.Conclusion The combined use of several new media tools exerts a positive effect in guiding and educating medical graduates and creating harmonious teacher-student relationship.关键词
