创面面积诊断仪在烧伤科临床教学中的初步应用
Preliminary application of the wound area scanner in burns clinical teaching

Abstract
Objective By analyzing the accuracy rating of the students in burns department after the wound surface area evaluation by the wound area scanner,the teaching effect can be evaluated to improve the quality of teaching method.Methods We assessed 120 students of different educational background who had been under instruction with the wound area scanner in the Department of Burns of Shanghai Hospital in 2013.Their diagnostic accuracy rates before and after the training were evaluated. Results All the students'accuracy rates of wound area diagnosis were less than 40% before the training. The accuracy rates rose to more than 60% a week after training,and over 70% after two weeks.The results were significantly different (P <0.05).There was no difference during the same training period between the students with different educational backgrounds.Conclusion The accuracy rate of the wound area diagnosis has been improved significantly after clinical teaching system training by the burns department, which was positively correlated with study period but showed no relationship with educational background. All the students could meet the skill requirements after two weeks'training in wound area diagnosis.关键词
