摘要
Abstract
Oncology is a multi-disciplinary comprehensive subject comprising surgical oncology, medical oncology and radiation oncology.We introduced CBL-PBL teaching mode into breast cancer multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment (MDT)learning of intern doctors'oncology practice.We took as an example breast cancer,the typical disease in the Department of Oncology of our hospital.The teaching physicians chose typical cases of breast cancer;designed in-depth issues layer upon layer;guided the intern doctors to make document retrieval,clinical practice and case analysis;and conducted comprehensive clinical training from vertical and horizontal perspectives.This new mode of training aimed to enable intern doctors to understand the principles of diagnosis and treatment of oncology MDT,improve self-study ability,deepen their understanding of theoretical knowledge,improve the ability of clinical practice and problem-solving skills,and enhance the complex clinical thinking ability.Our practice has proved that this innovative teaching mode could enhance interns'MDT clinical thinking,standardize the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer,and improve the quality of clinical practice.Thus,our education reform has achieved satisfactory results in practical teaching activities,which is worthy of further exploration and promotion.关键词
