Study on The Forming Process of Mingmou Dropping Pills
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the forming process of Mingmou dropping pills through experimental study. Methods The method is us-ing orthogonal test to achieve the best preparation process of dropping pills. The detection parameters include the weight coefficient of vari-ation, time limit of dissolution, and hardness of dropping pills. Results The optimal preparation process of dropping pills includes: the ma-trix of dropping pills is PEG6000; the ratio of drug and matrix is 1 : 1. 5; and the coolant temperature is 8℃. Conclusion The preparation technology of Mingmou dropping pills is simple, feasible, reasonable and stable; the scoring index is also objective, reliable and reasonable.关键词
