摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for content determination of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate in Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Cream. Methods HPLC was carried out on column of Agilent Eclipse XDB - C18 column (200 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 m) . The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water(70 : 30) with flow rate of 1. 0 mL / min, and the detecting wavelength was at 240 nm. Results The linear range of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate was 0. 007 4 - 0. 111 g / L( r = 0. 999 9)and the average recovery was 99. 45% , RSD = 0. 76% ( n = 9 ) . Conclusion This method is reliable and accurate for the quality control of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Cream.关键词
