Abstract
Objective To explore the approaches to medication education for diabetic provided by clinical pharmacists for diabetic. Methods Through clinical practice, the clinical pharmacists carried out medication education among diabetic from drug use and the prevention and treatment of adverse drug reactions. Results Due to the medication education carried out by clinical pharmacists, pa-tients′ medication knowledge has been improved, their wrong method of medication has been corrected, the unnecessary adverse drug re-actions have been avoided and patients′ medication compliance has been improved. Conclusion Systematic, normative medicine education could improve realization and compliance of patients to drug therapy, and the mode of medication education should be consummated to improve the level of pharmaceutical service and promote the rational drug use.关键词
