Abstract
Objective Through drug sunlight procurement implementation to Luzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital, evaluation of drug sunlight procurement management system implementation of the status, to the health administrative department to optimize the sunlight procurement integral management to provide the reference data. Methods From 2011 to 2013 drugs sunlight procurement online drug purchase amount, the original patent pricing alone drug purchase proportion, basic medicine items the proportions of the gauge number and purchase amount, Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese medicine yinpian and hospital preparations, such as the proportion of purchase amount to summary, statistics and analysis. Results 2011 - 2013 drug sunlight procurement month more than an average of 90 points, to meet the prescribed requirements. Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese medicine yinpian and hospital preparations, such as the proportion of purchase amount 3% , not up to standard, the rest of the proportion of drug purchase to meet the prescribed requirements. Conclusion Through procurement sunshine, can effectively reduce the drug prices, benefiting the people, at the same time promote the clinical ratio-nal drug safe usage, effective and economic, to the patients, medical institutions, pharmaceutical trading enterprises tripartite satisfaction, feasible, and is worth popularizing widely.关键词
