Abstract
Objective To understand the hospital management of antibiotics usage of special level used antimicrobial agents; to promote clinical rational drug use. Methods 280 hospital records of intensive care unit (ICU) in 2013 was extracted, and the drug use of spe-cial level used antimicrobial agents was analyzed. Results Among the 280 hospital records, special level used antimicrobial agents were used in 152 records, and the utilization rate was 54. 29% ; pathogenic bacteria wereinspected in 146 records, and the inspection rate was 96. 05% . The use of special level used antimicrobial agents in our hospital conformed to the provisions of government, but drug combi-nationwas complex. Conclusion Drug use and managementof special level used antimicrobial agents in the hospital was basically pro-ductive, but the rate of rational drug usewas low, anddrug uses not according to the rules were existing. The education and man-agementshould be strengthened to improve the level of rational drug use in the hospital.关键词
