Abstract
Objective To regulate the use of Off - Label drug and provide reliable reference basis for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods 2 400 pieces of prescriptions were selected from our outpatient clinic department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospi-tal, from January 2014 to June 2014, investigate and analyze the prescriptions in the light of the drug instructions and other related in-formations. Results There were 394(16. 42% ) prescriptions that existing problems of off - label uses. It included 207 pieces(52. 54% ) without indications, 101 pieces (25. 63% ) with irrational dosage, 54 pieces(13. 71% ) exceeding the use frequency, 6 pieces(1. 52% ) changing administration method and 26 pieces(6. 60% ) inappropriate crowd. Conclusion The situation of off - label uses of dugs was frequently seen in outpatient clinic department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital, the doctors should be weight the pros and cons and supported by clinical evidences when they prescribe the Off - Label drugs, Follow the instructions in order to avoiding med-ical risks.关键词
