摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate ringer restrictive liquid injection combined with hydroxyethyl starch clinical efficacy and safety eval-uation of traumatic shock rescue. Methods Included 146 cases of traumatic shock patients were randomly divided into a control group and observation group, 73 cases in each group. A large number of patients in the control group infusion of isotonic saline solution to maintain blood pressure > 90 / 60 mmHg, the observation group were treated with limited fluid Ringer injection therapy combined with hydroxyethyl starch, recorded and compared two groups of patients heart rate, PLT, PT, Hb etc. as well as the incidence and mortality of patients after resuscitation 24, 48 h arterial blood lactate levels of vital signs, MODS, ARDS, ARF and other complications. Results The study group recovery heart rate, mean arterial pressure, PT, and the infusion were significantly lower than the control group, the observation group HCT, Hb and PLT increased significantly compared with the control group, with a statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05), the incidence of complications in patients in the observation group and mortality rates were significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05), the number of patients in the observation group arterial blood lactate levels return to normal standards signif-icantly higher, with a statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Ringer limiting joint hydroxyethyl starch liquid injection rescue patients with traumatic shock effect is remarkable, safe, reliable, effective guarantee of organ perfusion and improve prognosis, wor-thy of clinical application.关键词
