Abstract
Objective:To study the value of transvaginal colour Doppler ultrasonograpy (TV-CDU) to acupuncture combined Modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction in the treatment of fueling polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods:Chose 60 patients clinically diagnosed with fueling PCOS,applied with acupuncture and Modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction for 3 months,compared before and after treatment by TV-CDU on ovarian form and ovarian stromal artery blood flow dynamic change. The ovarian morphology,hemodynamics parameters and blood biochemical indexes were statistically analyzed. Results:For fueling PCOS patients treated by acupuncture combined traditional Chinese medicine,the ovarian volume and the follicle number significantly decreased, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment,ovarian stromal artery PSV of (12.79±1.99)cm/s,PDV of (5.36±1.22)cm/s,were significantly lower than before treatment PSV of (20.98±2.94)cm/s,PDV of (12.02±1.77)cm/s,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment,RI of 0.55±0.08 was significantly higher than before treatment RI of 0.42±0.05,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment,LH of (8.61±3.62)U/L was sig-nificantly lower than before treatment LH of (14.38±8.30)U/L,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions:Acupuncture combined Modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction has exact therapeutic effect on fueling PCOS. TV-CDU can evaluate the treatment effect of ovarian morphology parameters and hemodynamic status.关键词
