颅颈动脉狭窄的CTA与DSA对照研究

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application value of 64-slice spiral CT cranial-neck joint CTA in the diagnosis of cra-nial-neck artery stenosis. Methods:75 cases underwent the cranial-neck joint CTA and conventional DSA were collected. DSA image remains the gold standard. The sensitivity and specificity of cranial-neck joint CTA in diagnosis of cranial-neck artery stenosis were evaluated,the correlation of CTA with DSA were aralyzed. Results:In diagnosis of cranial-neck artery stenosis,the diagnosis rate had no difference between CTA and DSA (P>0.05),and the sensitivity and specificity of CTA were 88.9% and 99.1%,respectively. CTA was significantly correlated with DSA in evaluating the stenosis grade. The Kappa value was 0.843. Conclusions:The cranial-neck joint CTA is a reliable vascular imaging method,and it is significantly correlated with DSA in diagnosing cranial-neck artery stenosis.关键词
